Made with premium marbled meat, we ensure the quality of every handmade dumpling. No fat, offal, soy, or artificial appetite-enhancing additives are used.
### Cooking Instructions:
Our dumplings are delicate due to the absence of elastic-enhancing preservatives in the dough. To prepare:
1. Bring water to a boil.
2. Add dumplings and stir immediately to prevent sticking to the pot.
3. Cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the dumplings float to the top. This keeps the juices sealed inside.
