Our colorful dumplings are a favorite among little ones! Their vibrant hues come from a unique process using natural ingredients: beet juice for red, spinach juice for green, and egg yolks for yellow dough. Though labor-intensive, the joy of seeing picky eaters enjoy these dumplings makes it all worthwhile. Every dumpling is handmade with care. We avoid adding fat, offal, soy, or artificial appetite stimulants.
### Cooking Instructions:
Due to the delicate dough, handle these dumplings carefully.
1. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to boiling water to preserve the vibrant colors.
2. Add dumplings and stir immediately to prevent sticking.
3. Cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the dumplings float to the top. This ensures the juices stay inside.
