**Marble Beef Manty**

### **Preparation Instructions:**
1. Boil water in a **mantovar** (steamer).
2. Grease the steamer rings with oil.
3. Dip each manty in oil and place it in the steamer rings. This ensures that the manty do not stick during cooking as the oil will drip into the water, but the manty will remain non-greasy. Be sure to use enough oil to coat the manty properly.
4. Steam for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and soft.
