We take great care in the quality of handcrafting each manti. We do not add fat, offal, soy, or flavor enhancers to stimulate your appetite. Oriental manti contain only minced marbled beef and onions in the filling.

Cooking instructions: Step-by-step: Boil water in a steamer and grease the steamer racks with oil. Dip each manti in oil and place them onto the steamer rings. The oil will drain into the water, ensuring they won’t be greasy. However, make sure to generously grease the steamer to prevent the manti from sticking.
