**Stuffed Peppers (Frozen)**
**Cooking Instructions:**
Cooking our stuffed peppers is easy. Prepare a sauté of onions and carrots, then add tomato water. Place the peppers in the pan and cook on medium heat for 25 minutes. The water should almost cover the stuffed peppers.
**Ingredients:** Bell pepper, minced meat, onion, salt, pepper, rice, carrot.
